Chicken chili
Preparation time required :
45 minutes
Ingredients :
- Red chili powder - 2 tbsp
- Haldi - 1 tbsp
- Salt - As per taste
- Green chili -4
- Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped onions & capsicum - 1 bowl
- Chicken masala - 2 tbsp
- Spring onion - 3/4 bowl
- Egg - 1
- Cornflour - 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic coriander paste - 3 tbsp
- coriander - 1 bowl
- Onion - 1
- Red food color - 1/2 tbsp
- Chicken - 500 gm
- Green chili sauce - 2 tbsp
- Dark soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Red chili sauce - 2 tbsp
- White vinegar - 1 tbsp
Method :
- Take boneless chicken in a bowl.
- Then add egg, Red chili powder , Salt , Chicken masala , Ginger garlic coriander paste , cornflour , Haldi .
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Keep in fridge for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes , heat oil in pan and fry it.
- Fry it till it gets golden brown.
- For gravy..we use same oil that we have used for frying.
- Add Jeera , Chopped onions .
- Let its color get light dark in color.
- Add green chili and Spring onion and roast it.
- Now add Ginger garlic coriander paste.
- Mix well.
- Add Red chili sauce , Dark soya sauce , Green chili sauce.
- Add Water in cornflour make paste and add in gravy.
- Add big pieces of shimla mirchi , onions.
- Add Salt if required(Use less because Sauce added in it has salt).
- Add Red chili powder.
- Add Red food color (optional).
- Add chopped coriander.
- Add Chicken pieces and mix well.
- Ready to eat Chicken chili.
