Protein Powder
Preparation time required :
30 minutes
Ingredients :
- Oats - 3 packets of 39 gm
- Groundnuts - 200 gm
- Soyabean - 200 gm
- White vatana - 200 gm
- Milk powder - 2 tbsp
- Coco powder - 2 tbsp
- Almonds - 15 to 20
Method :
- Roast all groundnuts
- Then roast the oats, we have added oats in it due to it contains large fibre
- Now grind roasted groundnuts ,white vatana , soyabean ,oats
- Make sure that grind all ingredients one by one , to avoid pressure on blades of mixer
- Now place a net on bowl and and pass groundnut powder
- Nextly pass soyabean powder, grinded oats , and Grinded white vatana through net
- The net would help to avoid lumps
- Now add Almonds powder
- Add milk powder and coco powder through net
- Coco powder is optional
- Mix well
- Add it to hot milk and ready to drink
