चिकन चिली बनाने का सबसे आसान तरीका सीखे | Restaurant style chili chicken with Gravy recipe (Non-vegetarian)

 Today's Menu



Chicken chili

                                                                                            

Preparation time required :

45 minutes

                                                                                            

Ingredients :


  • Red chili powder - 2 tbsp
  • Haldi - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - As per taste 
  • Green chili -4 
  • Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped onions & capsicum - 1 bowl 
  • Chicken masala - 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion - 3/4 bowl
  • Egg - 1 
  • Cornflour - 4 tbsp 
  • Ginger garlic coriander paste - 3 tbsp 
  • coriander - 1 bowl 
  • Onion - 1 
  • Red food color - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chicken - 500 gm 
  • Green chili sauce - 2 tbsp 
  • Dark soya sauce - 1 tbsp 
  • Red chili sauce - 2 tbsp 
  • White vinegar - 1 tbsp




                                                                                       



Method :



  • Take boneless chicken in a bowl.
  • Then add egg, Red chili powder , Salt , Chicken masala  , Ginger garlic coriander paste , cornflour , Haldi .
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Keep in fridge  for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes , heat oil in pan and fry it.
  • Fry it till it gets golden brown.
  • For gravy..we use same oil that we have used for frying.
  • Add Jeera , Chopped onions .
  • Let its color get light dark in color.
  • Add green chili and Spring onion and roast it.
  • Now add Ginger garlic coriander paste.
  • Mix well.
  • Add Red chili sauce , Dark soya sauce , Green chili sauce.
  • Add Water in cornflour make paste and add in gravy.
  • Add big pieces of shimla mirchi , onions.
  • Add Salt if required(Use less because Sauce added in it has salt).
  • Add Red chili powder.
  • Add Red food color (optional).
  • Add chopped coriander.
  • Add Chicken pieces and mix well.
  • Ready to eat Chicken chili.

Everyone's favourite chocolate milkshake at home | Chocolate Milkshake | Summer chocolate milkshake (Beverages/Drinks)

Chocolate Milkshake

                                                                                            

Preparation time required :

15 minutes

                                                                                            

Ingredients :


  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Ice cubes - 4 to 5 
  • Chocolate syrup - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp 
  • Coco powder - 1 tbsp 
  • Vanilla Ice cream - 3 to 4 tbsp 
  • Vanilla essence - 2 to 3 drops


                                                                                       



Method :



  • Add ice cubes , milk , sugar , coco powder , Chocolate syrup , vanilla icecream , vanilla essence
  • use vanilla essence 2 to 3 drops to avoid bitter taste
  • Blend it
  • Take a glass add chocolate syrup at edges of glass 
  • Add milkshake in it
  • On top add vanilla icecream
  • spread chocolate syrup on it
  • Sprinkle coco powder over it

अब घर पे आसानी से बनाना राजस्थानी लाल मिर्ची की चटनी | Lal mirchi chutney | Red chili garlic chutney(vegetarian)

Rajasthani lal mirchi ki chutney

                                                                                            

Preparation time required :

45 minutes

                                                                                            

Ingredients :


  • Red chili - 8 to 10 
  • Garlic - 9 to 10 
  • Jeera - 1/2 tbsp 
  • Oil - 3 tbsp 
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  •  Hing - pinch 
  • Salt - AS per requirement 

  • Green chilies

                                                                                       



Method :


  • Soak the red chilies in water for about 15 minutes or you can soak it for more time you want
  • Then in a pot of grinder add soaked red chilies ,garlic,salt,green chilies 
  • Add water as required but add it in small amount 
  • Now grind all and again add water if required and grind again
  • Now after grinding add oil in pan and heat it
  • Add hing , jeera , and grinded mixture in pan 
  • Add 1 tbsp vinegar to it
  • Let it cook for about 5 minutes because we have grinded it in raw form

Exotic & Calming Cappuccino | Cappuccino without machine at home | कैपेचीनो घर पर कैसे बनाये(Beverages)

                   Preparation time required :

20 minutes
                                                                                                  


Ingredients :





  • Sugar- 2 tbsp 
  • Coffee- 2 tbsp
  •  Milk - 1 cup 
  • Coco powder - 2 tbsp
                                                                                                


Method :


  • Add coffee and sugar in cup and mix it continuously for 5 minutes
  • Now add some hot water
  • Mix it again till it gets in liquid form
  • Add very little quantity of water as required
  • Mix it till mixture gets soft and fluffy
  • Now add mixture to bottom of cup & and pour hot milk and mix it 
  • Make a  heart shaped hole in paper and keep on coffee
  • Sprinkle some coco powder with help of net 
  • Ready to drink cappuccino

3 मिनट में होटल जैसे छोले अब घर पर | Chole Masala Recipe | How to cook chole masala at home(vegetarian)

Preparation time required :

30 minutes

                                                                                              

Ingredients :


  • Salt - As per taste
  • Red chili powder - 3 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Chole - 250 gm
  • Chole Masala - 2 tbsp
  • Onion & dry coconut paste - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic coriander paste - 2 tbsp
  • Jeera mori - 1/2 tbsp
  • Hing - pinch
  • Khada masala - Tejpata , Laung , Dagad phul , Mori
  • Haldi - 1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato puree - 2 tomotoes
  • Kasuri methi - 2 tbsp

                                                                                               


Method :
  • First soak the chole in water at night & boil it in morning
  • Heat the oil in pan 
  • Now add hing and all khada masala
  • Roast it in oil
  • Add onion & dry coconut paste
  • Mix it continuously for 2 to 3 mintues
  • Now add ginger garlic & coriander paste
  • Now add red chili powder , haldi , garam masala , chole masala ,  salt 
  • Roast it well
  • Add tomato puree 
  • Add kasuri methi
  • Roast it for 2 minutes
  • Add chole and add water as required
  • Cover it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes

coconut barfi | Nariyal barfi | नारियल बर्फी (Desserts)

Coconut Barfi

                                                                                     

Preparation time required :

1 hour

                                                                                     

Ingredients :

  • Coconuts Crushed - 3/4 cup
  •  Milk - 1 cup 
  • Sugar - 1&1/2 cup ( you can take 2-3 cups if required) 
  • Badam-kaju powder - 3 tbsp 
  • Ghee - 3 to 4 tbsp 
  • Elichi powder - 1/2 tbsp 
  • Green colour - less than 1/2 tbsp 
  • Vanilla essence - 2 to 3 drops


                                                                                      



Method :



  • Add ghee in pan & heat for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Now add crushed coconut & mix with ghee for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Now add sugar to it
  • Add milk in it  & mix well
  • Keep on stiring continuously till mixture gets dry
  • Add kaju badam powder & elaichi powder to it
  • Now add green color & vanilla essence to it
  • Mix all well
  • Till mixture is hot
  • Take a plate grease with ghee 
  • Now spread the mixture over it 
  • Keep it in fridge for next 30 minutes to cool down
  • Cut it after 30 min in the shape you want
  • Garnish with coconut & kaju 
  • Ready to eat coconut barfi

Now easy to make tasty chicken biryani at home | Chicken dum biryani at home (Non-vegetarian)

                                              1 hour 30 minutes

                                                                                        

Ingredients :


  • Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp 
  • Haldi - 1/2 tbsp 
  • Garam masala - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
  • Jeera powder - 1 tbsp 
  • Biryani masala - 2 tbsp
  • Chicken masala - 2 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi -2 tbsp 
  • Chilli flakes - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
  • Dhaniya - 1 cup 
  • Ginger garlic dhaniya paste - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Green chilli - 1/2 cup 
  • Fried onions - 1/2 cup 
  • Fried oil - 100 gm 
  • Salt - as per taste 
  •  Boneless Chicken - 500 gm 
  • Dawat basmati rice - 500 gm 
  • Dalchini - 1 
  • Mere - 5 
  • laung - 5
  • Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
  • Red food color - pinch ( add in milk)
                                                                                           


Method :


  • (For Marination)
  • Take chicken in bowl and add salt, red chili powder , haldi ,jeera powder, biryani masala, chicken masala, kasuri methi , garam masala
  • Then add green chilies , chili flakes , ginger garlic dhaniya paste , dahi , dhaniya , fried onion , and lastly fried oil
  • Mix it properly
  • Keep it in fridge for minimum 30 minutes 
  • (Rice)
  • In hot water , add rice
  • While boiling add salt , oil , laung , mere , jeera
  • Boil it till it gets 70% cook
  • Strain out water from it
  • (Biryani)
  • In a utensil first add chicken pieces 
  • Then add rice
  • This is how you have to layer rice and chicken
  • Now add red food color (you can take any color)
  • Spread fried onions and dhaniya over it
  • Now cook it on high flame for 10 minutes & 20 minutes on low flame

Ingredients :

  • Oats - 3 packets of 39 gm 
  • Groundnuts - 200 gm 
  • Soyabean - 200 gm
  • White vatana - 200 gm
  • Milk powder - 2 tbsp 
  • Coco powder - 2 tbsp
  • Almonds - 15 to 20 
                                                                                     


Method :

  • Roast all groundnuts 
  • Then roast the oats, we have added oats  in it due to it contains large fibre
  • Now grind roasted  groundnuts ,white vatana , soyabean ,oats
  • Make sure that grind all ingredients one by one , to avoid pressure on blades of mixer
  • Now place a net on bowl and and pass groundnut powder
  • Nextly pass soyabean powder, grinded oats , and Grinded white vatana through net
  • The net would help to avoid lumps
  • Now add Almonds powder
  • Add milk powder and coco powder through net
  • Coco powder is optional 
  • Mix well

होटल जैसे फूले और मुलायम भटूरे अब बनाये घर पर | How to make Instant Bhature (Vegetarian)

Preparation time required :

45 minutes


                                                                                  

Ingredients :


  • Maida - 250 gm
  • Rava - 5 big tbsp
  • Baking Soda - 1/4 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Mohen(hot oil) - 3 tbsp  
  • Dahi - 3 tbsp


                                                                                      


    Method :
  • Take maida in a bowl
  • In it add sooji or rava ,baking soda , baking powder , salt
  • Then add dahi , mohen
  • Make dough with help of water
  • Add 1 tbsp oil
  • Sprinkle maida over it and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes 
  • After 15 minutes , make lemon sized balls of dough
  • Now , roll it
  • To make exact round shape , with help of steel lid of any steel box, keep on dough and press
  • You will get exact round shape of dough
  • Heat oil on high flame & fry it
